Cadets
It is again time to remind each of you of the O-Flights that are available to you. Each cadet can take up to 5 powered flights with on of the squadron pilots and have pictures taken of you by or in the CAP airplane. Have your parents bring there camera and get a picture with you and the plane? Evening and weekend times are available and the weather is great, maybe take a look at the fall colors or fly over the corn maze to spot people SAREX training? Contact myself or one of your flight leaders to set up a time to enjoy this great opportunity. Paul Van Brunt Capt.
Cadet O-Flights: As a CAP Cadet, you have the opportunity to participate in 5 front seat and unlimited back seat Orientation Flights in the Civil Air Patrol. At the 130th Squadron, we have many willing and excited pilots that would like to take you on a flight! If you would like to participate, contact Capt Paul VanBrunt at (952) 288-4928 and you can schedule one soon.
Cadet Aerospace Classes: At the 130th Squadron, we have monthly Aerospace Classes taught by our Aerospace Department Members. These classes last about and hour and generally happen on the first week of the month.
Cadet Rocketry Badge: The 130th is putting on a class that, with participation in all sessions, will allow you to wear the Cadet Rocketry Badge on the Blues Uniform. Aerospace Cadet Promotion Tests: If you would like help with the comprehension of the Aerospace material for cadet promotions, contact the Aerospace department for help!
