The Southeast Minnesota Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol will conduct a Change of Cadet Command Ceremony on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. The event will be held at Rochester Community and Technical College, North Room of the Cafeteria, on the 3rd Floor College Center, 851 30th Avenue SE Rochester, MN 55904. A brief reception and light refreshments will follow the ceremony.
