CADET PROGRAMS

In Minnesota Wing, we know that our cadets are our future. We are committed to providing the best possible cadet program in an effort to build Dynamic Americans and Aerospace Leaders.

The Integrated Leadership
Program

These activities are designed to supplement local squadron training.  The curriculum is defined at Wing Level, to provide a consistent standard of training throughout our wing.

Civil Air Patrol believes very strongly that the CAP Cadet Program is primarily implemented at the squadron level.  However, there are many times when local squadrons simply do not have the resources to implement major activates to address each element of the Cadet Program.
