The legislative squadron is open to all members of the MN State House and Senate. Members pay no membership fees and are entitled to all of the normal benefits of CAP membership including being allowed to fly on CAP aircraft. The purpose of this squadron is to educate all of the members of the legislature about Civil Air Patrol.
