Plans and Programs Lt Col John Quilling, Plans and Programs Officer The Wing Plans and Programs (XP) Section is responsible for strategic planning and evaluation services for Minnesota Wing. This section is part of the Mission Support Group of the Wing Staff. The Plans and Programs Officer reports to the Chief of Staff, Mission Support. Each year the section organizes the annual Minnesota Wing Conference and the Commander's Workshop. Wing Conference The dates for the 2009 Wing Conference are yet to be determined. Commander's Workshop The dates for the 2008 Commander's Workshop have not been announced yet.
