Annual fundraiser Monster Ears food booth at Crow Wing County Fair. Building cleanup day 25 Jun, building setup day 1 Aug, fair runs 10a-10p 2-6 Aug, building teardown 7 Aug. Food license obtained, safety training conducted each shift, adults only on fryer. Monster Ears are frybread w/cinnamon, sugar. Schwans ice cream and Pepsi products also sold.
